Q) How long will it take to clean my carpet?
A) On average, it will take approximately 20 minutes per room. This time can vary greatly depending on the amount of furniture to be moved, how soiled the carpet is, and any necessary spot removal treatments.

Q) How do you schedule appointments?
A) All we need is a two hour time frame for our technicians (much better than your local cable company). If we are running behind due to a prior appointment our office will call to let you know and if necessary they will reschedule. We pride ourselves on maintaining an on-time schedule and we realize your time is valuable, however sometimes a job may go longer than scheduled or we may have to attend to an emergency call. We will always do our best to accommodate you.

Q) Won't water ruin my carpet?
A) Water can damage carpet if it is not properly extracted. However, while using our Steam Cleaning process our technicians work hard to remove 95% of the water used for cleaning with our industrial-strength high powered vacuum system. This process also greatly improves your carpet and upholstery drying time.

Q) How long will it take for my caret to dry?
A) Drying time depends on a few factors; humidity levels, airflow, and the type of carpet. If you can, open windows and turn on ceiling fans to help circulate the air and assist in the drying process. In most cases it will be safe to walk on your carpet within a couple hours. And remind everyone to remove their shoes but keep those socks on! Yes shoes can be dirty but the oils in your feet can be even worse on the damp carpet.

Q) The last time I had my carpets cleaned they got dirty right away, why?
A) Some companies do not use the proper equipment or methods to clean your carpet , therefore your carpet is left "WET". Dirt will build up very fast on wet carpet giving you the impression that the dirt has come right back.

Q) Do I need to move my furniture before you arrive?
A) Our technicians will gladly move most of your furniture for you. We do not move pianos, large entertainment centers or oversized furniture. We will also use protective pads under the furniture when it is replaced. We only ask that you remove items off of your furniture like electronics, plants, lamps, and knick-knacks. Yes. After cleaning, we can apply a deodorizer to your furniture that will neutralize odors, eliminate them at their source, and leave behind a fresh, clean scent.
